Exchange Policy

For exchanges, the fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original purchase and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Restocking Fee

Washunova does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
