Returns

To qualify for a return:

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will examine it and inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@washunova.com with details and proof of the defect or damage.
